Managing your booking

  • Go to the tour webpage found on the flyer or find your tour on the CTS website 
  • Click ‘BOOK NOW’
  • Create an account or use your existing username and password 
  • Provide passenger information details for yourself, another traveler, or multiple members of your travel party 
  • Select tour options, including Travel Protection levels based on the cost of your tour 
  • Review payments and provide payment method 
  • Read carefully through the Terms and Conditions and check the box to acknowledge and agree
  • Click ‘Confirm Payment to finalize 
  • Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email (please be sure to check your junk or spam folders, depending on your security settings) 
  • Login to https://booking.ctscentral.net 
  • Enter your username and password
  • Look up the tour
  • Click on the blue “DETAILS” button
  • You will be able to view your payment schedule
  • Login to https://booking.ctscentral.net 
  • Enter your username and password
  • Find the tour on which you wish to make a payment
  • Click PAY under “Payments” column to the right
  • Select the Traveler(s)
  • Enter the Amount of the payment
  • Enter the Credit Card information
  • Click CONTINUE
  • Select the Check Box to accept Terms and Conditions
  • Click CONFIRM PAYMENT
  • Click CONTINUE to return to the main screen
 
  • Make a check out to Corporate Travel Service
  • Mail to 41780 W. Six Mile Road, Suite 100, Northville, MI 48168

Managing Your ONLINE ACCOUNT

  • Go to forms.ctscentral.net/booking 
  • Enter the Username  
  • Click the ‘I forgot my Password’ link (right below the Login button) 
  • Enter your Username and click button ‘Get New Password’ 
  • You will then receive a confirmation message advising that a new password has been generated and sent to your email.  
  • Log into your Email Inbox and locate the email, which will come from support@ctscentral.net (depending on your security settings, make sure to check your spam or junk folders) 
  • Return back to the forms.ctscentral.net/booking landing page and enter your Username and copy/paste the ‘New Password’ from your email 
  • Enter New Password and click ‘Change Password’ 
  • Currently, the self-service ability to update your password is not functional.
