Dear friends,
It would be an honor to have you join me on a spiritual pilgrimage to the Eternal City of Rome next spring. The pilgrimage promises to be a journey of renewal of faith and fellowship as we travel to Italy in the spirit of Our Lord Jesus Christ. We will pray at the Tomb of the Apostles Peter and Paul, join a Papal Audience with Pope Francis, and celebrate special Masses at St. Peter’s Basilica, St. Paul’s Outside the Walls, and the Basilica of St. Francis in Assisi. Tours will include world-famous religious and historic sites and we will meet with special guests. It is my hope that you and members of your parish community will be able to join me on this once-in-a-lifetime experience of Christian Rome.

Arrive in Rome | St. Bartholomew Basilica 
Arrive in the Eternal City of Rome
(We recommend that flights arrive prior to 1:00pm**)

Enjoy time to rest, have lunch or explore this afternoon
Check-in at hotel at 3:00pm
Opening Pilgrimage Mass at St. Bartholomew Basilica
Welcome Dinner at St. Bartholomew Center

St. Peter’s Basilica | Ancient Rome Tour ☕️
Mass at St. Peter’s Basilica, followed by a guided tour
Lunch on your own around the Vatican
Depart for Ancient Rome Tour to visit the Coliseum and Roman Forum

Day 3: Tuesday, March 31st
Basilica of St. John Lateran | Scala Sancta | Santa Croce ☕️ | 🥪
Celebrate Mass at Basilica of St. John Lateran, followed by a guided tour
See the Holy Stairs that Jesus walked during his trial before Pontius Pilate
Visit the Church of Santa Croce and the relics from the Passion of Christ

Day 4: Wednesday, April 1st
Wednesday General Audience | St. Mary Major Basilica ☕️
Early departure for the Holy Father’s General Audience at St. Peter’s Square
Lunch on your own around the Vatican

Optional Evening Walking Tour: See the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and the Trevi Fountain
